The restaurant's culinary philosophy takes a dynamic journey:
starts from the roots of tradition and the invaluable biodiversity
of our Peninsula; it evolves through a Research
meticulous and incessant on the raw material,
on the purity of flavours and the precision of technique;
finally, it boldly tends towards new horizons of taste
and of the gastronomic avant-garde.
Our Chefs.
Like our concept, ROOTS, RESEARCH & HORIZONS,
Even the soul of the pulsating engine of Venti Punto Zero sees three protagonists in the kitchen:

THE PROJECT
Venti Punto Zero is not simply a place to enjoy a meal; it was born and developed as a true laboratory of contemporary hospitality. The name itself embodies a precise and ambitious mission: a profound homage to Italy's 20 regions. This incredible cultural and gastronomic diversity, through the avant-garde vision and solid technique of chefs Roberto and Giuseppe Ardolino, along with Gabriele Napolitano's mastery of gourmet aperitifs and the art of baking, takes shape and translates daily into three fundamental pillars: Roots, Research, and Horizons. The restaurant's culinary philosophy is a dynamic journey: it begins with the roots of tradition and the invaluable biodiversity of our peninsula; it evolves through meticulous and relentless research into raw materials, pure flavors, and precise technique; and finally, it boldly strives toward new horizons of taste and gastronomic avant-garde.

Venti Punto Zero offers a harmonious and constant dialogue between minimalist architecture and natural elements. A perfect example is the evocative outdoor garden, an outdoor area meticulously curated to blend contemporary design with an atmosphere of refined relaxation. The wine cellar follows the same philosophy, structured as a "research cellar" aimed at showcasing rare labels, small producers, and unique pairings. At the heart of the offering is Chefs Roberto and Giuseppe Ardolino, who craft a menu capable of encapsulating the entire food and wine journey through iconic dishes, designed to tell the profound story embedded within each product, enhanced by a contemporary interpretation and a visual aesthetic of absolute precision and cleanliness. Completing this identity is the gastronomic aperitif created by Gabriele Napolitano, a master of the art of baking and signature fried foods. Every detail,
