Venti Punto Zero was born from the desire to celebrate the extraordinary biodiversity of Italy's 20 regions, weaving together the peninsula's finest products in a single, grand journey of taste.
Ours is a contemporary cuisine that focuses on raw ingredients: we rigorously select certified DOP, DOCG, IGP, and Slow Food Presidia products, showcasing local culture and the work of small producers.
Each dish is a harmonious blend of Italian culinary heritage and the rigor of fine dining. We combine gastronomic research with cutting-edge techniques and international influences—including precision cooking, extractions, and playful textures—with the goal of enhancing the purity of authentic ingredients and transforming them into a unique, rich, and unforgettable gourmet experience.
