This privacy notice describes how personal data of users visiting the website www.ventipuntozero.it and customers of the restaurant is processed, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended).

2. TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED

• Browsing data: during normal consultation of the site, computer systems automatically acquire certain data (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited) whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

• Data provided voluntarily by the user: via contact forms, reservation forms (including paper forms) or requests via email/phone/WhatsApp (e.g. name, surname, email address, phone number, message content and any preferences or allergies reported).

3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

• Management of requests for information and reservations: execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

• Response to contacts via form, email, phone or WhatsApp: legitimate interest of the Controller to respond to received requests (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

• Sending promotional and informative communications (e.g. via WhatsApp): specific and optional consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

• Technical operation and security of the website: legitimate interest and technical necessity for service delivery (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

• Third-party statistics and marketing: consent expressed by the user via the cookie banner (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

4. PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS VIA WHATSAPP

Anyone who provides their phone number at the time of reservation (including via paper form) and consents to receive promotional communications may receive messages relating to events, special menus, and restaurant initiatives via WhatsApp Business Platform, the official infrastructure provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Unofficial automation tools are not used for sending WhatsApp messages.

It is possible to revoke consent to receive these messages at any time by replying STOP to any received message or by writing to info@ventipuntozero.it.

5. RECIPIENTS AND TRANSFER OF DATA

Data may be communicated to third-party suppliers acting as data processors, including: the website hosting platform provider, the WhatsApp Business platform provider (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), and any email/analytics service providers.

Some of these suppliers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in such cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of adequate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

6. DATA RETENTION

Data is kept for the time necessary for the purposes indicated above and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact/interaction, unless consent is revoked earlier or legal obligations require longer retention (e.g. accounting/tax purposes).
